🏡 Le logement

La maison dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, réparties sur deux niveaux :

• Au rez-de-chaussée : une suite parentale avec sa salle de bain privative, ainsi qu'un salon équipé d'un canapé convertible.
• Au niveau inférieur : deux chambres confortables partageant une salle de bain avec douche, accessibles par un escalier intérieur ou extérieur.

Une pièce située à l'étage reste fermée et n'est pas accessible aux voyageurs.

À l'extérieur, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine à débordement et du jacuzzi, tout en admirant la magnifique vue sur Papeete et son port.

🐱 Nos petits compagnons : deux chats vivent sur la propriété : Simba, 18 ans, et Nala, 4 ans. Ils font partie des lieux et seront présents durant votre séjour.

💡 Consommation électrique : l'électricité étant particulièrement coûteuse en Polynésie française, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir éteindre les lumières lorsque vous quittez une pièce ou le logement.

🚗 Accès : la maison étant située en hauteur, un véhicule est indispensable pour vos déplacements.

🏡 The Accommodation

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two levels:

• Ground floor: a master suite with a private bathroom and a living room featuring a sofa bed.
• Lower level: two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower, accessible via indoor or outdoor stairs.

One room upstairs remains locked and is not accessible to guests.

Outside, enjoy the infinity pool and jacuzzi while taking in the spectacular views of Papeete and its harbour.

🌴 Good to Know

🐱 Our furry residents: two cats live on the property — Simba, aged 18, and Nala, aged 4. They will be around during your stay.

💡 Electricity: electricity is particularly expensive in French Polynesia. We kindly ask guests to switch off the lights when leaving a room or the property.

🚗 Getting around: due to the hillside location, having a car is essential.

🚗 Itinéraire – Accès à la maison

🇫🇷 Français

Depuis l’aéroport, prenez la direction de Papeete par la RDO, puis la sortie Pamatai à droite.
Suivez la route principale en montant (environ 20 dos d’âne) jusqu’au grand portail marron du lotissement.

🔑 Code du portail : 16875 + Enter

Continuez sur la route principale sans tourner à droite. Lorsque la route descend fortement, suivez la direction « Voie D », puis tournez à gauche juste après le dos d’âne pour remonter.
Après environ 200 mètres, vous trouverez la maison sur votre droite, au lot n° 193, identifiable par sa boîte aux lettres verte.

🅿️ Stationnez sur la droite, près de la boîte aux lettres noire, sans gêner la circulation.

Depuis Papeete : prenez la première sortie à droite après la station Mobil, puis passez sous le pont vert.

⚠️ Ne vous fiez pas au GPS ! Suivez ces indications et consultez les instructions d’arrivée pour récupérer les clés.

From the airport, head towards Papeete via the RDO expressway and take the Pamatai exit on your right.
Follow the main road uphill (approximately 20 speed bumps) until you reach the large brown gate.

🔑 Gate code: 16875 + Enter

Continue along the main road without turning right. When the road starts descending steeply, follow “Voie D”, then turn left just after the speed bump to head uphill again.
After approximately 200 metres, you will find the house on your right, at Lot No. 193, marked by a green mailbox.

🅿️ Park on the right near the black mailbox, without blocking the road.

From Papeete: take the first right exit after the Mobil petrol station, then pass under the green bridge.

⚠️ Do not rely on GPS! Follow these directions and read the check-in instructions carefully to collect your keys.
